Origin 7, a new restaurant in Leeds, were looking to increase their awareness and customer base. We suggested a strategy involving paid media (pay per click) and online vouchers. After just one month we’d grown a database of 1000 customers which has continued to grow at the same rate ever since. Our pay per click campaigns bring customers to the website and with cost/conversion at £2.30 we see a great ROI. The online offer vouchers encourage website visitors to try the restaurant as well as registering and joining the database. We use the customer database for email marketing campaigns and offer distribution in order to increase the number of returning customers.
